Shipping policy

We understand the importance of timely delivery when it comes to online shopping. That's why we have partnered with a reliable logistics provider to ensure your orders are delivered efficiently. As items may be source from different places, delivery times may vary for certain products. However, rest assured that we always strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.


1. Delivery Options

After 11am: Processing starts next business day

2. Processing Schedule
We process and ship out orders on business days (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm), excluding Singapore public holidays.
 Weekends Holidays: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
 
Order Preparation: For Standard Delivery, please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be packed and ready for courier pickup. For urgent orders, we recommend choosing the uParcel Same Day Delivery service.


3. Delivery Guidelines
 Coverage: Deliveries are limited to Singapore addresses only. We cover islandwide in Singapore, excluding P.O. boxes and restricted areas.
 Signature: Generally, no signature is required, our delivery partner will leave at your doorstep and take photo evidence as proof of delivery.
 Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be classified as "Undelivered" (refer to section 6 regarding undelivered parcels).
 Potential Delays: Delivery timelines may be extended during pre-order/pre-sale periods, adverse weather, or major festive seasons.


4. Shipping Fees
 Calculated at Checkout: Shipping fees are determined by the weight and dimensions of your order.
 Transparent Pricing: Your final shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed in your Order Summary during checkout for review before you complete your payment.
 Final Acceptance: By completing the payment process, you confirm your acceptance of the shipping fee as displayed.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations
 No Modifications: We unfortunately cannot cancel or change your order details once placed, even if it has not yet been shipped.
 Returns: If you no longer require your items, please refer to our Returns Policy once you have received the parcel.


6. Undelivered Parcels & Additional Shipments
 Return to Warehouse: If a delivery is unsuccessful after three (3) attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. We will notify you once it is back in our warehouse.
 Re-Shipment Requests: If you would like us to attempt delivery again, a new shipping fee will apply. We will schedule the re-shipment once the additional payment is confirmed.
 Automatic Refunds: If we do not hear from you within 3 business days of the parcel returning to our warehouse, the order will be treated as a return. A refund will be issued to your original payment method (less any applicable shipping fees). The refund timeline will be as per our Returns Policy.
